Co-founder, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer

David is a co-founder and current CFO, CIO of Terraform Wealth and Terraform Investments.  He provides day-to-day oversight of investment strategies and investor allocation and responsible for the oversight of outside investment managers. Prior to co-founding Terraform Wealth and Investments in 2023 with Sami Shbeeb, David was a Partner and led Energy Infrastructure strategies at Eagle Global Advisors. He was lead Portfolio Manager for the firm’s four MLP / Energy Infrastructure strategies and directed the day-to-day operation of the research team. Led growth of the strategy from under $1 billion to nearly $4 billion over 2013-2017 time frame. Led implementation of various performance enhancing initiatives into investment decision making process. Co-managed Trading and IT teams through various software and process improvements. Prior to joining Eagle Global in 2009, David was Lead Pipeline and MLP Equity Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Recognized in the Spring of 2009 by the Wall Street Journal as “Best on the Street,” the top ranked analyst in his sector for 2008. He has held other various investment research positions at PaineWebber and Morgan Stanley. David graduated from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 1995 with an MBA and from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1992 with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
